Peter Francis Geraci was recently admitted to the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a group of 2500 American lawyers who have demonstrated exceptional skill in Advocacy with verdicts of a million dollars or more. The National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys honored him at its national convention for the 4th consecutive year as “Distinguished Champion of the Order of Protectors of Consumer Debtors, in recognition of and appreciation for extraordinarily generous contributions made to the fight to preserve basic rights for consumer debtors. Peter Francis Geraci has served as a volunteer attorney at Cook County Juvenile Court, and in the Mental Health Division of the Public Defender.
Peter Francis Geraci has been a supporter of and advocate for the rights of disadvantaged, disabled and underprivileged children and adults. Peter Francis Geraci has been recognized for his support of many local institutions and charities, such as Thresholds, Juvenile Welfare Association, Center for Conductive Education, LaRabida Children’s Hospital, Shriners’ Childrens’ Hospital, and many other mental health and charitable institutions. Peter Francis Geraci received the 2003 Spirit of Benevolence Award from Little City, Palatine Illinois. Little City is a residential and outreach center for disabled children. Mr. Geraci donates computer equipment to local grade schools to assist children’s computer literacy programs.
